Last October, we launched a fabric collection with Christopher Hodsoll, four refined floral patterns drawn from his personal archive, reinterpreted in fresh, sophisticated colourways.
Now, we invite you to go a little deeper.
Christopher is a designer, antiques dealer, and one of Britain's most distinctive creative voices. But it's his stories that really stay with you.
We sat down with him to talk about the inspiration behind the collection, his memories of how he first met the legendary Geoffrey Bennison, and the projects that have meant the most to him over the years.
"It was the best job ever because the client didn't come near the place until it was finished. When he came in and looked around, he actually cried" - Christopher Hodsoll
The collection features:
Meadow Flower Featuring whimsical wildflowers and butterflies forming abstract stripes on textured fabric, Meadow Flower blends elegance with playfulness in a soft yet durable design ideal for drapery and light upholstery.
Arabesque Arabesque showcases delicate floral and leaf motifs in fine line detail on soft linen, blending classic elegance with a fresh, contemporary artistry for an understated yet sophisticated look.
Palm House Palm House offers a modern twist on the classic palm motif, featuring stylised white palms within decorative stripes on a speckled backdrop - an energetic, contemporary design available in five versatile colourways.
Hawthorn Inspired by the Hawthorn plant, this versatile linen fabric features cascading leaf patterns that create dynamic visual depth, blending contemporary freshness with timeless tactile charm.
